anyone care to help
It's been 2months that I haven't had a Internet connection I reported it on the 13th July and first got told will be fixed in 48 hours and nothing then got told a technician will come out within 2 weeks and nothing !!! Then my report got cancelled and it wasn't fixed !!!reported it again on the 13th August got promised a technician will come on the 28th August and no one showed up , call a week later they said a technician should be there Friday the latest Saturday morning and no one came ... This is quite pathetic!! Will this ever be fixed?? And do you always lie to customers???<br> <br> Details<br> ***
