Anyone capable at Telkom?

SM224800...one of the many references.... I signed a contract for a sim card data deal May 2014. It was correctly debited for a couple of months. All of a sudden I was debited for a mobile modem and data. I never received the modem. Telkom cannot produce a contract. They also cannot produce a document that I signed for the modem. I don't have a contract . Seriously! The past month I have been promised a phone call/assistance after posting on Facebook and Twitter . STILL no response. Is anyone at Telkom capable of helping me?
