Anybody out there?

Telkom are sometimes amazingly fast repairing some faults. Then there are times nothing happens at all, you see a technician and then hes gone and you never hear anything again. #OEG-***1 this is a line that keeps dropping and has been like this for nearly 2 weeks. Its a business line. Why must I battle covid and telkom while Im sinking?
