ANTON AT TELKOM - BAD ATTITUDE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Returned a call from Telkom tech support for a query that I submitted week before last re: data dissapearing. The technician Anton in Centurion answered the call and upon me telling him that I am returning their call drops the phone (before asking me with a very bad attitude "who are you looking for"). I thought that the call dropped accidentally so proceeded to call back a few times immediately and no answer.
If before I had any doubt re: cancelling my contract, that doubt no longer exists.

Still nothing accomplished to date. Technician came out 2 weeks back but no feedback received. I called and was told that I just have to wait patiently for a call from your cancellations department.
Kindly do not send me a "standard" message/ reply as you have done previously.
