Hi
Can someone from Telkom call center call me back?
I have called 10 times, spend 30 minuets waiting for someone to answer the call.
I’d like to cancel my service and your online portal doesn’t help either. Thanks

Please note that I have been trying to cancel my subscription with Telkom for the past 3 months. I called in in May and was advised to cancel at the end of the month as my internet would be shut down regardless of whether I had paid for the month or not. In June I went to the store as my calls weren’t answered only to find out that I had fill in a form online. Both your new and old portal have no cancellation option under mange your subscription. For the past month I have called at least 5 times a day!!! Held the line up to 15 minuets at times only to hang up and try again.
I’m sorry but I can’t do this back and forth with your company, and the fact that I have been dealing with this for 3 years only makes me more of an idiot.
Yesterday I finally get through and the consultant send me a cancellation form. Why wasn’t this option given to me 3 months ago when I called in?
