ANSWER ME!!!!!

The email I sent to your online query address bounced because your inbox is FULL! I phoned 10213 AGAIN twice holding the line for more than 10min at a time. NO ANSWER. Call back to speak to new sales department, call gets answered IMMEDIATELY only to tell me they can't help me I need to call the number again to speak to the department that DOESN'T ANSWER and sorry there's no email address, they can't transfer you and theres no manager to speak to. What the hell is going on???????? TELKOM ANSWER ME!!!!!
