Another useless service provider!

This place is so useless for two weeks now the signal cuts, hardly gets 3g ,and they cant make sure their cell towers or antennas has backup power for incase loadsheddinf or whatever....... Whats the point if you have good data deals but the people can never use it cause your signal is ***,no matter whether you stay in a coverage area or not! Does no one service the towers or look at logs to see if the signals are stable? No wonder you guys will always be rated so low, cause you do not take service seriously! Never have and never will! DO YOU EXPECT THE PUBLIC TO NOTIFY YOU OF EVERY SINGLE FAULT 10 000 TIMES before getting of your backs to do something about it or what!
