Another order ****ed up by telkom.

Absolutely ridiculous service from telkom. I ordered a new phone & new contract online on the 9th March. It took 10days for someone to finally contact me to complete my order. On the 19th March I completed my order over the phone and I was pre approved! Now Telkom is saying my order doesn't exist and I must go place the order again. This is absolute bull****. TELKOM you ****ed up I expect you to fix this.
