Another Negative Telkom Service Review

The service is terrible. When you eventually get international roaming going - the phone does not work when you come back - you actually need to do a sim swop to get it working again. None can help with this. The fibre service at home dips and goes as slow as 4 megabits whilst you pay for a 100 megabit line. If you phone support you are lucky to get to a call service contact person in 45 minutes to 1 hour. Then you get cut off. There is a "chat service": on the website - but no one to chat with you - ever. You can ask to be called back but that does not happen either. Going to a Telkom shop is an affair that takes no less than 1 hour. There are no formal complaint mechanisms. I can go on...….
