Another failing contract application

I'm writing this on behalf of my cousin, she asked me to try get help on why is Telkom iLanga mall not sufficient. After apply for contract with Telkom she has been waiting for feedback on her application and when I told her she had to go via Hellopeter to get attention from Telkom iLanga can she please get assistance with her application
