Another disappointinf experience from Telkom

Placed a online order for the October big deal 40 gigs day and 40 gigs night data for R199, received the Sim and activated it yesterday only to see its 20 gigs day and 20 gigs night. I tried calling telkom the entire day and no one answer they self service is full of ****. I need someone to call me and explain what's going on. Call me on ***
