Another day another broken promise
<p>Every day I twitter Telkom for someone to call me about my one-month overdue phone order. Every day they say it will be escalated and I'll get feedback, but nothing happens. The twitter actually seems to be a dumb robot as it gives a set of standard answers but nothing happens</p>
