annoying ' telkom'

I am very disappointed in telkoms service , I have a account with them and till this day I am struggling to get it paid off , I have asked them several times to debit my account giving them all my personal information also making it clear I want to full outstanding amount to be debited to my surprise they not taking there money , I am so annoyed and would advise everyone reading this to not open any accounts with them their service is extremely bad and they increase your outstanding amounts for no reason , I am honestly *** annoyed ...
