Annoying service provider! No customer centrix! Gives more data but can't or can never use it!

Telkom, I am tired of having to escalate the same matter over and over again. Please cancel the stupid Mifi subscription! It never works! Creating unnecessary stress. Urgently!

I can't do my work cause the connection is beyond weak. I don't want it anymore. I will be porting back to Vodacom upon finishing my cellphone contract with you cause I also battle with reception all day every day.

I will be canceling my contract as soon as I pay the last premium I September 2020 I think!
