annoying monthly subscription fees

I pay my accounts on time every month, yet I am charged recurring subscription fees almost every month. Every time I call or log a query, the customer service agent tells me a different story. It's odd that I'm charged subscription fees in some months, but I pay my account on the same date every month. I do not see a reason why you should be charged a subscription if you pay your accounts on time. Telkom's service is terrible; I'll never take anything from them or refer anyone to them.
