Annoyed -Telkom

I have never been more annoyed in my life. I’ve received confirmation that my contract was cancelled as I cancelled it within the 7 day cooling off period. I was told there is LTE services in my area however to my surprise, i had no coverage. So now I was billed for a contract that has been cancelled. Telkom you are something else, use and abuse your clients. I want my funds reversed as I will not be held responsible for someone not doing their job
