Annoyed customer

Im annoyed with telkom mobile i will never take a contract with them i have been cancelling my contract since december the 29 and they keep on giving me reference that the contract is cancelled but they are billing me. the worst company to take a mobile contract. here are the reference for the cancellation. Contract Number: ********** 551 is cancelled Order ********** 81A was successfully submitted. Cancellation is scheduled to month end from : Charles Legege who works at telkom stop sending me the bill i don't owe you
