Annoyed Client

Good day I took out a wifi contract in August 2019,whic was the Telkom monthly special of R249, since my first debit order which was deducted and pro rata was included which I understand. However since September 2019 my debit oder has been R359, which was not discussed or contracted for. I have since enquired but been out through from DSL Telecom to Telkom but no one can explain. The consultant eventually told me that the gentleman that I dealt with originally will contact me to *** was more than a month ago im still waiting.
