Annoyed client

Hi, <br> <br> My phone has been sitting with your repairs division for over a month now and it still has not been fixed. The number of the phone is ***. A mere 1500 characters would be enough for me to explain how i feel right now, your customer service really sucks. No one has called me till today, the funny part is when a customer stops your debit orders you will be the first to jump high on the roof forgetting that it is nit the debit order that is using the phone but the person paying your debit order. I want my phone back fixed !! the phone is less than 6 months..it is a new contract and i regret the first day i stepped in your Boulders Mall shop, and know that I am not renewing this contract.
