Annoyed

Hi Peter, please help me with Telkom. I have a debit order of the 5th with them. I always make sure there is money in that account. This is happening for the second time. They never told me about an insufficient fund if there is no money in that account. They will always deduct extra R300 the next month. This month I paid 9n the forth with EFT making sure that it doesn't bounce. But now they say I Owe R393 extra. Please assist as I'm not gonna pay it Nd it's frustrating coz I didn't sign up for bounce debit orders. It's a PAYE contract if I dnt pay they stop the service but with them I always pay more. Telkom fix this
