Annoyed and furious

I loaded 150 airtime on the 14th of Dec and converted to data for 10GB for 30 days but today when I tried to use it I got a message I am out of bundle and I must recharge I have never been so angry in my life imagine data that should last for a month say I am out of data and when check I have about 9239MB but it say out of bundle I had to buy again data from another network this is day light ******* and I am beyond angry
