Annoyed

I changed from ADSL to Fibre, but I am still being billed for ADSL and Fibre, I cannot get hold of anyone n my bill for July is R2400 and something yet the pro-rata was only for June which I paid, I am very annoyed, I took the Vuma Fibre package of R720 and no I have to pay more, this is not on, I need someone to contact me ASAP.
