Annoyed

I was very annoyed when I came to your offices, after standing in a very long line at the bank to get a 3 months statement, to be notified that you no longer have your November Big Deal special (and it is still November). I was also informed that I could not get it from any other branches either as there is no longer stock. This is a November Deal, and it might have stated somewhere that it is only while stocks lasts (it will now only again be available at the normal price). What is the difference between getting stock now and getting it December. The promotion was for November and it is not even available in November. Are they trying to catch you to come to their shop? They just managed to scare me away not to upgrade to Telkom Mobile (which was my intention).
