Annoyance to the core

I recently bought a Telkom Mobile Sim Card so that I could port to their network. So now I did follow their instructions and I only received one SMS from them. I tweeted them to assist me but they took their time to respond to their customers. I asked again to help me and they answered in their own time. I ended phoning the customer care in which the guy was helpful. So I tried again and their response was to buy a new Sim card and Rica it where by I have a Sim card and I Ricad it. I asked as to why I have to buy another one where I have one they were being so rude to me and not being helpful at all.
