Angry telkom mobile user

<p> </p> <div dir="auto" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.256px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">I spoke to Nokuthula Ngobe- supevisor yesterday regarding a billing matter ( ref ********** 4). As per our telephone conversation she promised that she'll get me the letter that states that Telkom Mobile has credited my account with 2600 as theyare the one that increased my account without my knowledge. </div> <div dir="auto" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.256px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;"> </div> <div dir="auto" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.256px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">I received an sms from Telkom Mobile back office on the 20th of February 2017 and I'm in shock that on the credit bureau I'm listed as owing TM R4640. I have settled the outstanding balance of R2021.14 on the 24th March 2017.</div> <div dir="auto" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.256px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;"> </div> <div dir="auto" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.256px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">This whole thing is affecting my employment chances as I was made aware of this by a potential employer. Should this not be sorted out by the end of the day I have no choice but to sue TM for loss of income as this was not my fault to even begin with. </div>
