Angry Telkom Customer

Telkom has the worst customer service ever!!!!! They're network is as bad as their customer service. I just came back to my apartment to find my wifi not working. I cannot connect to the internet. I have restarted and reset their routers but still with no luck. I tried contacting the support agent and nobody answered, instead I was given an option to hangup. Can someone help me cancel my TELKOM contract, I have had with them!!!!!!!
