Angry Telkom customer

So telkom insurance. I made a claim two weeks back and no one ever called or emailed back to tell me they can't open my files. I had to call them to know they not even bothered. I resent the email again. Still no one called or emailed. I had to call for the 3rd time mind you am using my airtime while the consultants could've easily emailed me back. Still they have issues but no one is saying anything. Called again for the fourth time and they claim were about to email be back thats a whole day. Your service is really POOR. UNRELIABLE AND SICKENING. Yet if we owe you, you know how to send emails and calls.
