Angry customer on telkom services

Telkom is a **** with their services i have a contract with them , purchased a phone and a sim for data but I cannot use my telkom data sim as I was told by the agent that the tower that i am close by it has problem in the area(slindile mkhize agent name) that i live in which then my sim 1st is connected but the second sim for data isn't working i find that non sensical at all how can 1st sim work but the other doesn't work its impossible and i was told the supervisor called (l cele ) email address is *** advised that they will send the technician to fix it but no show but still the money is being deducted by my account but I cannot use the data sim and the other back end officer called Gishwiil koen closed my case and dismissed it out my case number is ***6 you can listen to the call and other call history, telkom services is really appalling,not happy about it so i would advise people getting data contracts not to as you will regret using thier services !!!!all the agents are not informed and render false information about the resolution and assistance with the management
