Angry customer

I have been taking from pillar to post asking them to help me the doing the simple swap since I've been the owner of the simplest card from day 1 its been more than 10years been using this number,whats frustrating me their consultant told me to go and do an affidavit funny when I cant back with it,his now telling me he cant risk his job they no longer doing that,*** I've waisted my money and energy going to police station the next thing I cant be assisted.How can I lying cause an affidavit is binding me and I cant lie with such and I need my number back.*** Mpho
