ANGRY customer

Telkom is the worse i had a pay as you use sim card and called in when my sim card got ****** and requested the lady to cancel the contract ..to my surprise today you guys are continuing loading data , called in and asked the data to be reverse since the sim card was ****** and suspended. To my surprise the Telkom agent told me they can't reverse the data , they can see it hasn't been used but i will have to pay for it. i told her that i do not have the sim card and again even if i had to do a sim swap it won't work cause they suspended the service yet they keep loading data. why load data on a suspended service and expect me to pay for something i did not use
