Angry Customer

Telkom is such a useless network. Yesterday I bought R100 airtime and it never appeared in my phone but the money was deducted from my bank account. I thought it was a problem at the bank so I bought a R5 voucher at the shop and it said successfully loaded but also didn't appear in my airtime balance. I hate this network they're a bunch of ******. Airtime worth R105 gone just like that. I am so mad because I needed that airtime to submit my work documents which were due. I don't even know what to say to my boss mxm this is so ridiculous. I want my airtime back!! Mbali ***
