Angry customer

Up to today they have not responded to my query/ concern yet they keep on sending me messages that I owe them R3916, what is it for, because i have opted for unlimited Sim for R450, instead of sorting out my issue they keep on insisting that I'm owing them,I wouldn't recommend anyone to use telkom
