Angry customer

M y pone was ****** in February 13th 2020, After months of not getting hold your insurance provider, eventually did and I placed a claim with finrite administrators then after months of paying my insurance and waiting for the insurance to process my claim. I then receive a respond from finrite informing that they do not administer telkom claims. then I go again and log a claim with admin plus., they do not answers emails and phone. I have taken up the insurance knowing that if anything occurs I will be at the peace, but now i regret taking up a contract with telkom. you people are **********. you change the insurance without informing the customer. I regret so much taking your contract, you people do not care about us and hence we paying.
