ANGRY AS EVER I REFUSE TO BE ****** LIKE THIS BY TELKOM

So after adding this about the Disgusting service by Telkom i have not received one call from them,how pathetic can you be ,only to check my account again now and the debit has gone off for a service that you not using and you got your cancellation confirmation. I will not tolerate this level of service I have to go forward to the ombudsman. They cannot keep *****ing a persons money like this without rendering any service
