Angry

Yesterday morning my telkom line was down , after holding on the line to them for 35mins they told me they can't do anything I have to be home. Yesterday afternoon I phoned them again and this time got a " they are busy with maintenance and your line will be restored around 4 am the next morning" my line is still down and it is almost 6 am.....???????????????????????? this is unacceptable... they did not even have the decency to let us know that they are going to do maintenance l, but they are very timeous with their emailed statements.......
