Android media player they send is a cheap piece of chinese ****

I have had a telkom mobile lte subscription for 2 years. So it came time to upgrade. The router is fine so they offered an android media player instead. After a) calling me again to try and sell the same thing to me for a second time and then b) being snotty about me not being home when they tried to deliver, it finally arrived today. I just installed it and it is nothing like what it looks like in the brochure. In the brochure it has a pretty home screen with 'Youtube','Play store', and 'Browser' etc. on the home page. My home page is all in chinese and has some terrible chinese screachy music on repeat - honestly I think I will be hearing that musing in my nightmares. Anyway, the point is if I dont get what I was promised ie a working media player then I want to cancel my subscription and you can come and collect this piece of junk. Thanks
