ANDROID LIT BOX AND SIM

I am really disappointed that I was not advised when applying for this contract that no one advised me I had to collect the Android LIT box and Telkom sim from a Telkom direct store. I work in Pinetown and I googled my nearest Telkom store which gave me the PINECREST (SALNLAM) Center, when I got there the guy said he cannot help me as it is not a Telkom direct store. I then called the Gateway store which is close to my Home, but to my surprise after 50 attempts no one answers the call, I then tried the Phoenix Plaza store which rings and goes to a mailbox which you cannot leave a message on as the mailbox is full. Gosh why are the store's so hard to get hold of? can someone from Telkom please call me urgently ? I just need to collect these two outstanding items. I'm sure I will still be billed full price at the end of the month even though I did not receive these items. I am really disappointed and very frustrated and I need this resolved ASAP.
