Android App has confusing on/off selector

The Telkom Android APP (to check balances and manage options by logging in) allows one to change settings by choosing ON/OFF but it displays both words and expects the client to know what highlighted colour is in force. They need to ONLY DISPLAY ON or OFF, not both words. What if one is colour blind?
