***** AND WORST SERVICE EVER

I was supposed to receive my online ordered phone today - firstly no communication was given to me or tracking details. I called telkom and they told me the delivery was done and the phone was registered to me but I did not receive anything. This is clearly ***** how did a phone get registered to me but I never received the phone. No manager was available to talk to me, no follow up, no assistance! Yet this is clearly ***** and someone has ****** the phone and watch that I was supposed to get. Never order from telkom ever again! Pathetic customer service. Nobody even tries to assist me
