*********** and worst call centre agents

Telkom has the worst call centre agents with no knowledge of customer service. Instead of resolving the query they lie. It's been 2 weeks that I have been been without WiFi connection and yet they debited us for 2 months upfront. When I try to follow up on the reconnection they take me from pillar to post and very rude. I have spoken to Lucky Nduze, Rethabile Kgereza, Thabiso, Georgina Mcunu Phindile and many more but they all failed to resolve this matter nor escalate it to relevent department. They quick to make a sale and debit from your account but fail to render a quality service. The worst service provider ever!!!!Case/ref number ***
