<p>Lets keep this short and sweet and to the point, taking into account Talkom doesnt really care anymore. 3 Months later and several posts, there is still no resolution to me paying for a service that i was promised yet can BARELY use. My last post dated the 06th October, i received a response from Keegan with a reference and then again on the 07th from Launa with a different reference number, confirming someone will contact me. I am led to believe that these are automated responses, as when you comment thereafter you never get a response. 10 DAYS LATER i get a call from Bheki who then asks that he come over to my place to check and test the connectivity. I said to him that Kabelo did come through a MONTH ago and did the tests and submitted that through and no one has called me since. So why are the same tests from the technical team being done with no resolution. So now on Wednesday the 19th, Bheki will come through to perform the same tests Kabelo did a month agao and then what? DO I WAIT ANOTHER MONTH FOR SOMEONE TO CALL ME AND TELL ME THAT THEY WANT TO COME TEST THE DEVICE AGAIN???</p> <p>This is some serious comedy here as telkom has become a joke!!!!</p> <p>Utterly disguested and annoyed...</p> <p>Look forward to yet another automated response.</p> <p>TILL NEXT TIME, STAY TUNED FOR THE NEXT INSTALLMENT OF "TELKOMS - BROKEN PROMISES"</p>
