"And the winner of our TOTAL INCOMPETENCE prize goes to ------ TELKOM!"

<p>I have been battling with this useless company since March 2016 to get my Telkom Internet SIM card activated. I have been reporting on this site on a regular basis and everytime I did get a response that "we are investigating" or "It has been referred to Management" or "It has been escalated as a matter of urgency". So, 7 months down the line and still NO joy.</p> <p>On the 20th September, I reveived this email from them:</p> <p>From: HelloPeter Telkom <br />Sent: 15 September 2016 12:36 PM<br />To: ********** />Subject: Hellopeter AI ********** </p> <p>Good day<br /> <br />This refers to the Hellopeter Billing query you raised with us. <br /> <br />We apologize for the inconvenience caused.</p> <p>Please send us your query with the affected number & contact number for further assistance.</p> <p>Your query will be closed & reopened when you respond</p> <p>May you have a great day.<br /> <br />Regards<br />William<br />Telkom Social Media Team Email: ********** <p> </p> <p>This really takes the cake!! It was NEVER about a billing query at all! This makes me wonder of these people can read at all? Scary thought!</p> <p> </p> <p>I rep**** to that email on the same day and you've guessed it - no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Short Prayer: "Dear God, please help me not to get upset with *********** people and guide me safely through this jungle of boneless mummies who cannot get off their chairs. Please help them to regain their eyesight. And I beg you my Lord, please arrange with the Devil to burn down every square cm of Telkom, and tell him he must ensure that it NEVER, EVER rises again"</p>
