<p>Dont even know why I am bothering to write this review of Telkom Mobile. They are not picking up on the hallo peter business directory so this will just get lost with the countless complaints agaisnt telkom. o well.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom mobile has been billing me for a service I cancelled 2 months ago. Funny thing is Telkom did the exact same thing to me for my fixed line rental and i have been battling ever since to get them to pay back the money. On my 6th round of excalation/complaint now for the Telkom fixed line rental. Apparantly i am going to get paid now. Funny how easy they find it to take money out of my account but to pay back money i need to provide them with proof of the same bank account that they are taking the money from..????. All of this is prob just a delaying tactic where they make you jump through hoops untill you give up and leave them the money. ******** behaviour. Funny how if you miss a payment you get slapped with fees and interest but when they miss a payment nothing happens. </p> <p> </p> <p>That being said, I expect( and got) that from Telkom, for some reason I did not expect it from Telkom mobile. </p> <p> </p> <p>I stood in line 3 times to ask them to stop billing me with no effect. I am being billed for a contract I cancelled.</p> <p>Really wonder how i am supposed to get refunded and the service cancelled. If i go to the store they tell me that a agent will call me. funny. If i try to call i wait on the line and burn my airtime. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Having a corporate strategy of unduefully taking your money and then drowning you in red tape to get it back must be very profitable. Pretty sure most people just give up. In retrospect maybe i should have done that. </p> <p> </p> <p>Guess the real question is why did I use them in the first place.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
