***** and Poor Service

I recently had the very unpleasant experience of discovering that two Telkom contracts were taken out in my name and business without my consent. I contacted Telkom to inform them and they requested a plethora of documentation which I completed and certified at the police station. To date Telkom sitting on their own hands while sending me notifications of the next debit to be taken out shortly. It is unacceptable that Telkom is not taking ownership of the situation they in part responsible for as they allowed the *****ulent account opening to happen and even sent the SIM card etc to an address other than my registered address. I expect there are thousands of South Africans experiencing this **** involving Telkom.
