***** and *******ion at its worst!!!!!

My account is paid by debit order, yet their statements continually show in arrears. They have double debited my account for months and this month 4 times!!!!!!! ***** and theft at its best!!! Everything is handled woth chatbots so no help. 20 emails later and we'll over 15 reference numbers given by the chat bots and not one person has contantacted me. Their arrears statements are now reflecting on my credit record...I have been promised by call centre agents to have it sorted but nothing gets sorted...4 debit orders in 4 days!!!!! What the freaking HELL! Worst and most ******* and *****ulent company I have ever dealt with!!!
