***** and billing issues

I regret opening a contract with Telkom. They duplicated my contract and now I am paying for two phones instead of one. I am being charged for a second phone that was not RICA'd by me and the number does not exist. Since I am rejecting the debit orders for the second phone, I am being charged a penalty for that too. It is a mess and I cannot get anyone at the call centre to help me clear all the charges for the second phone. Telkom committed ***** and now I am paying for it and it is impacting my credit score.
