*********** and bad service

Wanted to get international roaming activated on our phones. We were told in store to download form and send it to email provided on the form. We did as instructed with no response from Telkom. We then called the customer care number to find out what is happening only to be sent from pillar to post being told that we must go into a store which the store tells us to call. We have called over 5 times with people who don't want to do their job, so please don't bother activating it as we have gone elsewhere
