Do yourselves a favour if you want to get a new wifi router, give the assholes of telkom a real miss because I ordered one on the 26th November 2022 for a new router and it it only arrived in the last week of December and I tried to get through to telkom and they don't answer their phones nor do they come back to you, to cut it short, I sent it back with the courier and told him it was cancelled, in the meantime I ordered one from rain and got my new one in a matter of days, I also tried to get hold of telkom but no one answered and I finally got hold of telkom business and they helped me but they did cancel it for me, in the meantime the telkom nudebt department tried to ***** money for a wifi router that I did did not have, so I managed to block their payments for a router I was not even using and the ***** who contacted me in the first place did not even bother to find out if I was happy with router after she was such pushy cos in the first place, anyway yesterday I got a nasty email from these assholes saying that if I did not pay the R422 for a wifi router I did not have, they would write to the the credit union and ruin my credit rating, and I sent a email back telling the 🦍🙊🙉🙈that I sent it back with the courier in December and I not got it and I was not paying R422 for a router I did not have I also told these assholes if they did try and ruin my credit rating, I would write a scathing review on hello Peter that no would deal with them ever again, but thought I would jump ahead and get my review in fast as I don't trust the ****ming assholes as far as I can chuck them, thinking about it, it's another public enterprise that the anc have ruined and now the debtors department is trying to **** everyone for money
