Anauthorised debit orders and rejection fees

So I get my Telkom account again and for the 5th time in less than a year I'm billed R200.94 for "debit order rejection fees"

I've never been on debit order and pay via EFT. I've contacted my bank. No debit orders are bounced or anything from our side. Telkom NEVER refunds me for these R200 per event and has simply stopped my service before when I logged complaints for these issues and have not paid the rejection fees.

I don't know where to go anymore.
