An unreasonably happy client after weeks of displeasure.

I am not so much giving Telkom this review, but one of their agents: Penelope Mbathani. After fighting with Sell Direct and Telkom for weeks regarding a dispute about a new LTE Uncapped package that Sell Direct sold to me, I finally disputed the service successfully, only to be faced with one more hurdle: I had to cancel the contract (luckily paid for by Sell Direct themselves, as the party at fault) before I could be allowed to apply for a new package that would serve my needs. I got through to the cancellation system to an agent named Penelope, and then she finally informed me it wasn't even necessary to go through the hassle of cancelling the package, she could just migrate me over to the new package automatically. She saved my job, because I work from home and have started my own business on the side as an online English teacher, for which I need very fast, reliable internet, which I now have. Thank you so much, Penelope! I have rated Telkom incredibly poorly on this website numerous times in the past, so you have single-handedly contributed to the one positive review I am likely ever to give them here. If all their agents are like you, Telkom would crush all its competitors.
